Our group karate classes

 

Small group toddler karate classes – For toddlers of 2.5 years of age and up. We give individual focus within the structure of a small group class setting. This program highlights overall health and discipline, and also confidence building.

 

Kids group karate classes – For kids between 4-7 years of age. This class promotes skills such as warming up, breathing, and good habit building. Within this age group, and once kids build the necessary skills and control, we can introduce kids to competition.

 

Youth group karate classes – This class is for youths of 7-13 years of age. Because they are a little older, they will feed off the passions of other pupils and the trainers. We encourage them to focus on their own progress as well as challenging their personal physical and mental abilities. Secondly, we always ensure your child leaves the class feeling successful in their techniques.

 

Family program – For the ages of 5+, this class helps build family bonds. The family program encourages and motivates children. Your family will make progress together and improve the fitness of the whole family.
